AG Lalith Senaratne and Rtn Graham Burt donated a wheelchair to Diana Higgins. Diana is 72 and has lost most of her mobility. She cannot bend her knees and so she was given a larger wheelchair than what would have normally been required and Rtn Graham adjusted the foot rests so that they extended to accommodate Diana's long legs. The wheelchair will give some of her mobility back and she will be able to be taken for "walks"
