The club donated 400+ tennis balls to King's Foundation for use in their programs of developing children through sport. The club has a couple of projects that are aimed at the development of our youth and our donation is just an extension of these projects.

Not all Rotary functions are about doing Rotary business. Occasionally, we just get together socially for a bit of fellowship. On this Sunday we had a family braai (barbeque) along the banks of a local river just outside Gaborone. You will note that there is no water in the river and no grass along the banks but there was a number of shady trees. Typical Botswana winter landscape.
